Terms and Conditions for Children's Classes
Effective from 14 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between the parent or carer and North London Street Dance Academy (NLSDA). Please read them carefully before registering for a class or accepting a place. If anything is unclear, please contact NLSDA before agreeing. By registering a student, accepting a class place or continuing an NLSDA membership or subscription, the parent or carer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1 Class Fees and Monthly Subscription Payments
North London Street Dance Academy operates a monthly membership subscription model, allowing families to spread the cost of classes evenly across the dance year.
Standard Academy Membership
Standard NLSDA academy classes are charged at £32 per month, payable in 12 equal monthly instalments from August to July.
The monthly membership subscription secures the student's place within their class for the dance year and allows families to budget using one consistent monthly payment throughout the year.
Monthly subscription payments continue during school holidays and during months in which fewer or no regular classes take place.
Monday Academy Classes
Because recurring Monday bank holidays reduce the number of scheduled Monday teaching sessions during the academic year, academy classes held on a Monday operate at a separate monthly membership subscription rate.
The applicable monthly membership subscription for Monday classes will be published each academic year before enrolment opens.
Why Payments Are Collected from August
Although regular classes begin in September, monthly membership subscriptions begin in August.
The August payment is not a payment for classes taking place during August. It is the first of 12 equal monthly instalments covering the student's place for the forthcoming dance year.
Spreading payments across 12 months allows families to budget with consistent monthly payments rather than larger payments during teaching months.
Other Programmes
After-school clubs operate under a separate school-based pricing structure and are currently charged at £8 per scheduled session, unless otherwise stated.
Performing groups, specialist programmes and enhanced training programmes operate under separate pricing structures and may require a supplementary agreement.
Any alternative pricing will be communicated before registration.
2 New Students Joining During the Dance Year
Students joining during the dance year will only be charged from their agreed start date.
Where a student joins part-way through a month, classes attended before their regular monthly membership subscription begins will be charged as a covering payment.
This covering payment may be added to the following monthly payment or paid separately by prior arrangement with NLSDA.
Students will never be charged for classes that took place before their agreed joining date.
3 Students Joining from 1 May
Students joining on or after 1 May are treated as late-year joiners for payment purposes.
Rather than joining the existing August-to-July instalment schedule for the final months of that dance year, the student will normally be charged for the remaining scheduled sessions at the applicable session rate.
This may be collected as a one-off payment or through an alternative short-term payment arrangement agreed by NLSDA.
If the student continues into the following dance year, their normal 12-month instalment schedule will begin in August.
This ensures that students joining towards the end of the dance year are charged only for the remaining scheduled sessions before the summer break.
4 Adding an Additional Class or Sibling
Where an existing student adds an additional class during the dance year, fees for the additional class will be calculated from the agreed start date.
Any covering payment due before the regular membership subscription begins may be added to a following payment or paid separately by arrangement.
Where a sibling joins NLSDA, their fees and membership will be calculated according to their individual joining date and class programme.
Adding a sibling or additional class may result in an additional payment being collected at a different point within the payment year.
5 Payment Method and Due Dates
Monthly membership subscriptions must be made through the payment method specified by NLSDA and/or ClassForKids.
Regular monthly membership subscriptions are due on or before the first day of each calendar month.
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that payment details remain accurate and up to date.
Failure to make payment may result in the student's place being temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been cleared or an agreed payment arrangement is in place.
6 Annual Academy Membership Fee
Membership fees secure a student's reserved place within the academy and are not calculated solely by reference to attendance at individual classes.
A £20 annual membership and administration fee is payable for eligible NLSDA students unless the relevant class or programme is specifically exempt.
The fee contributes towards the ongoing administration and operation of NLSDA, including booking and account administration, insurance, music licensing, safeguarding requirements, DBS checks, first aid requirements, customer support, class planning, affiliated memberships, and academy community and performance activities.
The annual membership fee is non-refundable, subject to the parent's or carer's statutory rights.
New students are charged the membership fee when registering for an eligible NLSDA programme. For continuing students, the annual membership fee renews each August.
After-school clubs and other specifically identified programmes may be exempt because they operate under a separate programme and administrative structure.
Where a parent or carer believes a membership fee has been duplicated incorrectly, they should contact NLSDA so that the account can be reviewed.
7 Missed Classes and Student Absence
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly membership subscriptions remain payable regardless of student absence because the student's class place remains reserved.
NLSDA cannot provide refunds or credits for holidays, school commitments, short-term illness or other personal absences.
Where a student experiences a significant or long-term medical issue, parents or carers should contact the Director. Any account freeze or alternative arrangement will be considered individually and may require supporting medical information.
8 Cancellation and Notice Period
Unless a supplementary agreement states otherwise, one full calendar month's written notice is required to cancel a student's membership subscription and reserved class place.
Notice must be provided in writing directly to NLSDA. Payments remain due throughout the applicable notice period.
Cancelling a Direct Debit or payment instruction does not constitute notice of cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for partial months, unused classes or unused annual membership fees, subject to the parent's or carer's statutory rights.
Performing group places are subject to the separate commitment and withdrawal provisions in section 18 and in the applicable performing group agreement.
9 Late Payments
Where a payment is missed, NLSDA will normally send an initial reminder and allow a reasonable opportunity for the parent or carer to make payment or contact NLSDA before a late fee is applied.
A single late payment fee of £10 may be applied where the same payment remains outstanding after that reminder and additional administration is required, unless a prior payment arrangement has been agreed with the Director. Repeated late fees will not be added to the same outstanding payment.
Students with outstanding fees may be unable to attend classes, performances or NLSDA events until the account is brought up to date or an agreed payment arrangement is in place.
Parents and carers experiencing payment difficulties are encouraged to contact NLSDA as early as possible.
10 Trial Sessions and Accepting a Class Place
NLSDA offers two paid trial sessions for eligible academy classes at the advertised session rate. Trials must be booked and paid for in advance and are subject to class availability.
Following completion of the trial sessions, parents or carers must notify NLSDA within 72 hours if they wish to accept an ongoing place in the class.
Where a student accepts a place, they are expected to continue in the class from the next scheduled session following their trial period. The student's ongoing class place and applicable fees will begin from that session.
A class place cannot normally be accepted and then held without payment for a student to begin at a later date, because the place is reserved exclusively for that student and might otherwise have been offered to somebody else.
If a parent or carer wishes to delay the student's start date, this must be discussed with and agreed by NLSDA in writing before the place is accepted. Where a delayed start has not been agreed, applicable class fees will remain payable from the next scheduled session following acceptance, regardless of attendance.
If a family is not ready for the student to begin immediately after the trial period, they may decline the place and enquire again when they are ready. Any future place will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Participation in a trial does not guarantee an ongoing place until the place has been formally accepted and the relevant registration and payment arrangements have been completed.
Students may complete a trial period only once per class type. Students returning after previously leaving NLSDA will be required to register as a full student, subject to availability.
Paid trials may not be available for after-school clubs, HGS programmes or other specifically identified sessions.
Online and Distance Registration Rights
Where a parent or carer enters into an agreement with NLSDA online, by telephone or away from NLSDA's business premises, any statutory cancellation rights that apply to that agreement will be respected. NLSDA will provide any cancellation information required by law.
If the parent or carer expressly asks NLSDA to begin providing classes during an applicable statutory cancellation period and later exercises a legal right to cancel, NLSDA may charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied where the law permits. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts any statutory cancellation or refund right.
11 Private Lessons
Cancellations for pre-booked private lessons must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
12 Emergency Contact and Collection
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that NLSDA holds accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information.
If someone other than the student's usual parent or carer will collect the child, NLSDA or the relevant teaching staff must be informed in advance.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their class.
13 Medical Conditions Allergies and Injuries
Parents and carers must inform NLSDA of any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or injuries that may affect a student's participation or require staff awareness.
Information must be kept up to date through the relevant booking system and communicated directly to NLSDA where appropriate.
Students must follow reasonable safety instructions given by NLSDA staff. NLSDA cannot take appropriate precautions for medical conditions, allergies or injuries that have not been disclosed.
14 Photography and Media
NLSDA may take photographs and videos during classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops and events for educational, communication and promotional purposes where the relevant consent has been provided.
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that their photography and media permissions are correctly selected and kept up to date through ClassForKids.
Where consent has not been provided, NLSDA will take reasonable steps to exclude the student from identifiable promotional media.
Parents and carers may take photographs or videos at performances unless otherwise instructed. Photography and filming by parents or carers is not permitted during regular classes or closed rehearsals unless authorised by NLSDA.
15 Staffing Developing Teachers and Young Leaders
NLSDA reserves the right to use appropriately selected cover or substitute teachers where required.
As part of NLSDA's commitment to developing the next generation of dance teachers and leaders, classes may occasionally be supported or delivered in whole or in part by developing teachers, teaching assistants, young leaders or participants within an NLSDA training and leadership programme.
This may include developing teachers or young leaders leading warm-ups, activities, sections of choreography or, where NLSDA considers them appropriately trained and ready, delivering elements of a class within the academy's agreed teaching structure.
The level of responsibility given will be determined by NLSDA based on the individual's age, experience, training and demonstrated ability. Appropriate safeguarding procedures will be followed.
Individuals requiring a DBS check for their role will be DBS checked in accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements. A suitably qualified first aid person will be present or available on site during children's classes.
Young leaders or developing staff under the age of 18 will not be treated as the sole responsible adult for a children's class.
NLSDA retains overall responsibility for class delivery, safeguarding and the supervision and development of its teaching team.
Parents and carers accept that their child's class may be supported or delivered by members of NLSDA's developing teaching and leadership team as part of the academy's structured training and development pathway.
16 Communication and Administration
NLSDA communicates important information about classes, payments, rehearsals, performances, deadlines and events primarily through email and the academy's designated communication channels.
Parents and carers are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date and regularly checking NLSDA communications.
Parents and carers are encouraged to review the available booking and payment information, where many common questions are answered. They are always welcome to contact NLSDA where they need further help or clarification.
NLSDA will aim to respond to administrative enquiries within five working days.
Messages sent through social media accounts or informal messaging channels may not be treated as formal notice of cancellation, withdrawal or other contractual notice.
Where written notice is required, it must be provided directly to NLSDA through the specified communication method.
Where NLSDA has taken reasonable steps to send relevant details to the current contact information held on the student's account, it may not be possible to correct a missed deadline or restore an opportunity that has already passed. NLSDA will nevertheless consider any genuine communication issue reasonably.
17 Data Protection and Privacy
NLSDA processes personal information for purposes including class administration, payments, communication, safeguarding and the delivery of dance services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

18 Performing Groups and Supplementary Agreements
Application of These Terms
This section applies to NLSDA performing groups, including CTRL Youth, CTRL and CTRL Elite, and to any future performing group or enhanced performance programme identified by NLSDA.
A performing group place is governed by these Terms and Conditions together with the supplementary agreement issued for the relevant group and performance year. The supplementary agreement will state the group's current training schedule, venue, fees, required supporting classes and any group-specific expectations.
If a group-specific term differs from a general academy term, the supplementary agreement will apply to that performing group place, provided that the term was clearly communicated before acceptance. Nothing in either document affects a family's statutory consumer rights.
Audition Placement and Annual Commitment
Performing group places are offered following audition, assessment or invitation and are based on the professional judgement of the NLSDA teaching team. Placement may take account of technique, performance quality, musicality, confidence, attitude, attendance, readiness, age, group balance and the needs of the choreography.
Placement in a previous year does not guarantee placement or progression in a future year. Dancers may be asked to re-audition when renewing or when seeking to return after leaving.
Accepting a performing group place represents a commitment for the full performance year stated in the supplementary agreement. This commitment is important because choreography, formations, competition entries, costumes, staffing and group plans are created around the agreed team.
Fees and Payments
Performing group fees are charged at the rate stated in the applicable supplementary agreement and may differ from standard academy membership fees. Monthly payments spread the agreed annual programme cost and remain payable during school holidays or months with fewer scheduled sessions.
The supplementary agreement will confirm whether a dancer must also remain enrolled in a specified weekly academy class. Fees for any required supporting class are payable separately unless the agreement expressly states otherwise.
Attendance Punctuality and Absence Reporting
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Dancers are expected to attend their performing group training, any required weekly academy class, and rehearsals, competitions and performances identified as compulsory.
Absence must be reported by email to NLSDA, giving at least 24 hours' notice wherever reasonably possible. Messages sent only to a teacher, another parent, a group chat or social media account may not be treated as formal absence notification.
Persistent absence, lateness, failure to attend required supporting classes or repeated failure to follow the absence procedure may affect a dancer's role, competition entry, casting or continued place in the group. NLSDA will consider illness, injury and exceptional circumstances reasonably and individually.
Training Rehearsals and Guest Sessions
Performing group training may include choreography, technique, conditioning, freestyle, solo work, creative tasks, written or reflective tasks and preparation for competitions and performances.
Dancers are expected to participate positively in the full training programme. Where a dancer is not performing a solo or a particular section, they may still be required to attend, observe, support the team and learn from the session.
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled outside the regular timetable. Guest teachers may work with a performing group alone or alongside another NLSDA performing group, as determined by NLSDA. Dates, expectations and any additional fees will be communicated in advance.
Competitions Performances and Additional Costs
The performance calendar may include competitions, showcases, community performances, filming, workshops and other events. NLSDA will identify which commitments are compulsory for the relevant group or project.
Monthly performing group fees do not normally include competition entry fees, spectator tickets, licences, costumes, uniform, travel, accommodation, food, workshops, guest teachers, additional rehearsals or event support and administration costs unless NLSDA confirms otherwise.
A competition, event support or administration fee may be charged where additional staffing and organisation are required. The amount and payment deadline will be communicated before the relevant entry or commitment is confirmed.
Once NLSDA has committed non-recoverable costs for a dancer, those costs may remain payable if the dancer later withdraws or does not attend. Any charge will reflect costs already incurred or reasonably committed and will not affect statutory rights.
Parents and carers are responsible for meeting published payment, registration, ticket, travel, costume and information deadlines. Missing a deadline may mean that the dancer cannot be entered or included.
Uniform Costumes Choreography and Conduct
Dancers must wear the required NLSDA or performing group uniform for specified events and must look after any costume or property supplied on loan. Applicable costume return, late return, damage and replacement terms in section 19 also apply.
Choreography, music, formations and performance material taught for NLSDA projects must not be taught, copied, filmed, published or performed outside the agreed NLSDA context without permission, except for personal practice or where NLSDA has authorised sharing.
Dancers and families are expected to represent NLSDA positively and treat teammates, staff, organisers, competitors, audiences and venue teams with respect, including in person and online.
Casting Roles and Group Decisions
Selection for a performing group does not guarantee participation in every competition, performance, routine, section, solo or featured role.
Casting, team selection, choreography, formations and positioning remain within the professional discretion of the NLSDA teaching and creative team. Decisions may take account of attendance, readiness, age, ability, confidence, conduct, safety, event rules and the needs of the group or production.
Injury Exceptional Circumstances and Early Withdrawal
Parents and carers must tell NLSDA promptly about any injury, medical condition or significant change that may affect the dancer's participation.
Any request to withdraw before the end of the agreed performance year must be made in writing to the Director. Significant medical circumstances, relocation and other exceptional changes will be considered individually, and supporting information may be requested.
The financial consequences of early withdrawal will be those clearly stated in the supplementary agreement and will take account of services already supplied and costs reasonably committed by NLSDA. NLSDA will not impose a charge that exceeds the amount properly due under the agreement and applicable consumer law.
Leaving a performing group, or having a place withdrawn, does not guarantee later re-entry. A dancer wishing to return may be required to re-audition and will be considered subject to suitability and available places.
19 Annual Show Rehearsals and Costumes
NLSDA holds an annual show which forms an important part of the academy programme.
NLSDA will invite eligible students to take part and will communicate the participation deadline, expected rehearsals and known costs in advance.
A student will be treated as a confirmed show participant only after their parent or carer has opted in using the stated written or online confirmation method by the published deadline. Where confirmation is not received, NLSDA will not assume that the student is participating.
Withdrawing from the Annual Show
After confirming participation, parents and carers must notify NLSDA in writing as soon as possible if their child can no longer take part.
NLSDA plans choreography, formations, staffing, rehearsal venues, costumes and production arrangements based on expected participant numbers. After the published withdrawal deadline, NLSDA may already have committed to costs and made arrangements based on the student's participation.
Where a student withdraws after the published deadline, rehearsal fees, costume hire fees or other show-related costs already committed or reasonably incurred for that student may remain payable.
Notifying NLSDA after an additional rehearsal has taken place or shortly before the show does not automatically remove costs that have already been committed. These charges contribute towards costs incurred in preparation for the student's participation and are not a penalty for withdrawing.
Class Participation During Show Preparation
During annual show preparation, regular classes may include choreography, formations, spacing, staging and rehearsal activities relating to the performance.
Students who are not participating will continue to be included in class and will be given appropriate opportunities to dance, practise choreography or complete an alternative activity where reasonably possible.
However, a non-participating student may occasionally be asked to observe, practise to the side or temporarily step out of specific rehearsal sections so that participating students can practise accurate stage formations, spacing, partner work, entrances, exits or other performance arrangements.
This is not intended as punishment or exclusion. It is a practical part of preparing participating students safely and accurately for a live performance.
Normal class fees remain payable during show preparation. Choosing not to participate does not automatically entitle a student to a refund, credit or fee reduction where part of a session focuses on show rehearsal and staging.
Additional Show Rehearsals
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled outside regular class times and may carry a separate fee towards venue hire, staffing and rehearsal costs. Dates, expectations and fees will be communicated in advance.
Where a student has been included as a show participant and has not withdrawn by the published deadline, applicable rehearsal fees may remain payable if the student does not attend or later withdraws after costs have been committed.
Costume Hire
NLSDA may provide costumes on a hire basis for the annual show, performances and other events. A costume hire fee may apply and will be communicated in advance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, hired costumes remain NLSDA property.
Costumes and all supplied pieces and accessories must be returned by the published deadline and in accordance with the return instructions.
A £10 late return fee may be charged where a hired costume is returned after the published deadline. Where an item is lost, significantly damaged or not returned, the parent or carer may be charged the reasonable replacement cost.
Parents and carers should contact NLSDA before the return deadline where exceptional circumstances prevent an on-time return.
Show Tickets and Additional Costs
Show tickets are not included in monthly subscriptions, annual membership fees, rehearsal fees or costume hire fees and must be purchased separately.
Any additional show-related costs will be communicated in advance. A decision not to participate does not reduce normal monthly subscriptions, as the instalments relate to the scheduled annual class programme.
20 Discretionary and Goodwill Refunds
Where NLSDA agrees to issue a refund as a gesture of goodwill or at its discretion, and the refund is not otherwise legally required, any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees already incurred by NLSDA may be deducted.
Any deduction will reflect the actual non-recoverable fee incurred in relation to the original payment. This does not affect a parent's or carer's statutory consumer rights or any refund legally due.
21 Casting Decisions
Casting, positioning, choreography and role allocation within performances are at the professional discretion of the NLSDA teaching and creative team.
Decisions may take account of choreography, attendance, age, ability, confidence, conduct, safety and performance requirements.
Creative decisions will be made by NLSDA. A parent or carer may raise a concern about the process under the complaints procedure, but this does not guarantee that a creative decision will be changed.
22 Student Behaviour and Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, other students, venue staff and members of the community, and must follow reasonable instructions provided by NLSDA staff.
NLSDA may temporarily or permanently remove a student from a class where persistent disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour occurs. Behaviour that places another student, member of staff or individual at immediate risk may result in immediate removal from the session pending review.
Except where immediate action is reasonably required for safety or safeguarding, NLSDA will normally discuss concerns with the student and parent or carer and allow a reasonable opportunity for improvement before permanently withdrawing a place.
If NLSDA ends a student's place for reasons unrelated to the student's conduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions, future membership payments will stop and any payment for an undelivered future service will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
Where a place is withdrawn following a serious or persistent breach, only fees for services already supplied, the applicable notice period, and external costs reasonably and irreversibly committed for that student may remain payable. The circumstances will be considered fairly and individually.
Parents and carers are expected to communicate respectfully with NLSDA staff. Students and families are expected to represent NLSDA positively when attending performances and community events.
Parents and carers must park considerately around NLSDA venues and dispose of litter responsibly.
23 Anti Bullying Policy
NLSDA has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying.
Bullying may include repeated physical, verbal, emotional or online behaviour intended to hurt, intimidate, exclude or negatively affect another person.
All concerns should be reported to the NLSDA Director as soon as possible and will be considered under NLSDA safeguarding procedures.
Where bullying is persistent, serious or places another child at risk, NLSDA may suspend or remove the student responsible. Where a safeguarding concern indicates that a child may be at risk of harm, NLSDA may refer it to the appropriate safeguarding authority.
NLSDA Student Values

• Make sure everyone has a voice.
• Treat others as you would like to be treated.
• Help create a safe and positive environment for everyone.
24 Class Cancellations by NLSDA
If NLSDA cancels a scheduled class, it will aim to provide a replacement or make-up session. Where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, an appropriate credit will be applied.
Where a make-up session is offered at a reasonably comparable day, time and location, an individual refund or credit will not normally be issued if a student cannot attend. Where the replacement arrangement is materially different and the student cannot reasonably attend, NLSDA will consider an appropriate credit.
Where a venue cancels a session and NLSDA cannot provide a replacement or suitable alternative, an appropriate credit will be considered.
25 Weather and Circumstances Beyond NLSDA Control
Classes may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside NLSDA's reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, emergency service or police activity, venue emergencies or other significant external events.
NLSDA will communicate with families as soon as reasonably possible and consider practical alternatives. Where NLSDA cannot provide the scheduled class or a reasonably comparable replacement, an appropriate credit or refund will be provided for the undelivered service, subject to applicable consumer rights.
26 Minimum Class Numbers
NLSDA may cancel, combine or restructure a class where minimum enrolment numbers are not met.
Where a class is discontinued, parents and carers may be offered a transfer to a suitable alternative. Where no suitable alternative is available, payments relating to undelivered future sessions will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
27 Illness and Injury
Students should not attend where they are unwell and participation may place themselves or others at risk. Normal missed-class terms apply to short-term illness or injury.
Where a student experiences a significant or long-term injury or medical condition that prevents participation, parents and carers should contact NLSDA to discuss the account and class place.
Any freeze or alternative payment arrangement is at NLSDA's discretion and may require appropriate medical evidence.
28 Summer Camps and Workshops
NLSDA runs holiday camps, intensives and workshops which may be open to current students and non-members. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
Full payment is required at booking unless another arrangement is advertised.
Camp and workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated, NLSDA cancels the programme, or a refund is required by law.
Where a participant cannot attend for a significant medical reason, NLSDA may consider a credit or alternative arrangement on receipt of appropriate medical evidence.
Participants must bring any items listed in the booking information. NLSDA may operate a no-nuts and sesame policy where specified.
Photography and video permissions and NLSDA behaviour, safeguarding and collection expectations also apply. Children must be collected promptly.
Persistent or significant late collection may result in an additional charge where communicated or may affect future participation.
NLSDA may cancel a camp or workshop where minimum capacity is not reached. Where NLSDA cancels, payments for the cancelled programme will be refunded.
29 Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to NLSDA. NLSDA will aim to acknowledge and respond within five working days.

30 Changes to Classes Fees and Terms
NLSDA may review class timetables, teaching arrangements, fees and these Terms and Conditions.
Where a material change affects an existing student's ongoing payment or membership arrangement, NLSDA will provide reasonable written notice before it takes effect and will explain the change clearly.
Where NLSDA makes a material change to the price or service during an agreed fixed-term arrangement, the parent or carer may withdraw before the change takes effect without an additional cancellation charge or the usual notice period. Fees already due and external costs reasonably committed before withdrawal remain payable.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to parents and carers.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement with NLSDA. By registering a student, accepting a class place or continuing an NLSDA subscription, the parent or carer agrees to be bound by them. Please contact NLSDA before accepting if any term is unclear or if you require further information.
