North London Street Dance Academy – Terms & Conditions for Children’s Classes

1. Class Fees

  • Class fees are calculated at £10 per session, with a total of 38 weeks of classes delivered throughout the academic year.
  • The annual cost of £380 is divided equally across the year to create a monthly subscription of £32, payable on the 1st of each month, including during school holidays.
  • This fixed monthly fee ensures consistent budgeting for parents and supports continuity of service for the academy.

2. Payment Method

  • Monthly payments must be made via Direct Debit or Standing Order.
  • All payments are due on or before the 1st of each calendar month.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in the student being unable to attend class until payment is received.

3. Annual Membership Fee

  • A £20 annual membership fee is required for all students.
  • This fee covers administrative costs, insurance, music licensing, and contributes to show production and event access.
  • The membership fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of initial registration.
  • For returning students, the membership fee renews automatically each August.

4. Missed Classes & Refunds

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
